Paket Murah Dari Awal berlaku untuk kartu perdana yang diaktifkan mulai tanggal 26 Februari hingga 26 Maret 2009. Pelanggan lama yang menggunakan nomor area di atas dapat juga ganti ke Paket Nelpon Murah Dari Awal dengan menekan *500# YES/OK kemudian pilih 4.
Tarif nelpon ke sesama XL untuk pelanggan yang berada di daerah :
1. Sumatera Selatan (Palembang, Sekayu, Kayu Agung, Muara Enim, Lahat, Lubuk Linggau, Batu Raja)
Jam 00.00 – 12.00 : Rp 1 /dtk hingga menit ke-15, selanjutnya Rp 0,1 /dtk
Jam 12.00 – 18.00 : Rp 2 /dtk hingga menit ke-15, selanjutnya Rp 0,2 /dtk
Jam 18.00 – 24.00 : Rp 3 /dtk hingga menit ke-15, selanjutnya Rp 0,3 /dtk
2. Malang, Batu, Blitar
Jam 00.00 – 12.00 : Rp 1 /dtk hingga menit ke-15, selanjutnya Rp 0,1 /dtk
Jam 12.00 – 18.00 : Rp 2 /dtk hingga menit ke-15, selanjutnya Rp 0,2 /dtk
Jam 18.00 – 24.00 : Rp 3 /dtk hingga menit ke-15, selanjutnya Rp 0,3 /dtk
3. Samarinda, Balikpapan, Bontang, Tarakan

Nelpon sepanjang hari, cuma Rp 25/detik dari 0-120 detik, selanjutnya GRATIS hingga detik ke-600. Berikutnya tarif nelpon cuma Rp 10/detik.
