FlexiTRANSFER Trendy to Trendy

FlexiTRANSFER Trendy to Trendy adalah layanan yang memungkinkan seorang pelanggan TELKOM Flexi Trendy (Prabayar) untuk mengirimkan sejumlah nilai / nominal balance tertentu ke nomor Flexi Trendy lainnya. Balance yang terkirim tersebut secara otomatis akan menambah balance nomor Flexi tujuan (tanpa menambah masa aktif nomor tujuan) serta akan mengurangi jumlah balance nomor Flexi pengirim (tanpa mengurangi masa aktif nomor pengirim).


Cara Penggunaan

Untuk menggunakan layanan ini maka pengguna (pengirim transfer) harus melakukan registrasi terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan PIN, caranya :

Ketik : REG kirim ke 858 Untuk transfer pulsa :

Tarif REG Rp 80,-(termasuk PPN),
Tarif transfer Rp 50,-/transaksi

Ketentuan :

* Flexi TRANSFER hanya dapat dilakukan dari nomor Flexi Trendy.
* Flexi TRANSFER tidak bisa dilakukan dari nomor COMBO.
* Sisa minimal saldo pengirim setelah transfer + biaya transfer adalah Rp. 5.000,-
* Transfer tidak dapat diulang dalam jangka waktu kurang dari 1 jam.
* Nominal transfer : Rp. 5 ribu, Rp 10 ribu, Rp 20 ribu, Rp 50 ribu, Rp 100 ribu (nominal dalam ribu rupiah)
* Pulsa transfer tidak menambah masa aktif penerima.

Merupakan salah satu syarat layanan menggunakan fasilitas FlexiTRANSFER, user mengirimkan command 'REG" via SMS dan system memberikan notifikasi Berisi informasi PIN yang akan digunakan pada saat melakukan transfer

2. UnRegistration

Fitur yang dipergunakan untuk berhenti menggunakan fasilitas Transfer, user mengirimkan command UNREGPIN via SMS, dan system akan memberikan notifikasi

3.PIN Modification
Merupakan fasilitas mengubah PIN untuk setiap pelanggan FlexiTRANSFER, dengan mengirimkan command PIN[PIN_lama] [PIN_baru]" via SMS

4.Balance Transfer

Merupakan transfer balance yang dilakukan antar pengguna Flexi Trendy (prabayar), transfer dilakukan oleh pendonor dengan mengetikkan command TR [No Flexi Tujuan] [nominal] [PIN]" Catatan: [No_Flexi_Tujuan] ditulis dengan OAB(C), contoh: 021708090XX untuk nomor Jakarta [nominal] ditulis dengan satuan ribu rupiah, contoh: 50 untuk Rp.50.000,00 [PIN] adalah berupa 4 (empat) digit, contoh: 1234

5.Transfer Result Notification

Notifikasi yang dikirim system ke user tentang hasil dari setiap transaksi yang dilakukan dalam layanan FlexiTRANSFER.

6.Data History transaction

Adalah data history dari 3 transaksi terakhir yang dilakukan donor dengan mengirimkan command 'LIST" via SMS. Catatan: data history baru ditampilkan setelah 1 jam dari sejak transaksi dilakukan.
