BERITA PONSEL - Along with the release of the operating system Windows Mobile 6.5, Acer also announced neoTouch and beTouch smartphone that will have an installation of the new operating system. Acer neoTouch Snapdragon packaged with 1GHz processor, 3.8-inch touchscreen display WVGA and 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash built-in. To its network of GSM quad-band with HSDPA / HSUPA, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, access to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Other facilities of this neoTouch Acer smarphone including 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card, and GPS. Acer smartphone also features neoTouch to synchronize contacts, appointments entries, pictures, and videos with a notebook or netbook bersistem Windows as a Google account via Acer Sync. These applications will allow a user to automatically update the address book between handsets and PCs when they are in Wi-Fi network.
As for beTouch series, consists of 3 devices E100, E101 and E200. To beTouch E100 and E101 have the style back cover that can be replaced with different colors. Smartphone has beTouch E100 HSPA wireless support (7.2Mbps downlink and 5.76Mbps uplink), while the E101 running on a slow EDGE network. Both handsets have a screen 3.2-inch WVGA touchscreen, jog dial, a microSD card, 2MP camera, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, Qualcomm 528MHz processor, and Assisted-GPS (A-GPS).
All 4 devices on the system will have the latest Windows Mobile 6.5. On the other hand beTouch E200 comes with a 3-inch touch panel WQVGA, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, 3 megapixel camera, 528MHz Qualcomm processor, A-GPS, Bluetooth, microSD card, and the numeric keypad slide-out. Acer neoTouch and E100 will be released in Singapore this month, while the details and price of E110 and E200 waiting for confirmation from Acer.
