BERITA PONSEL -Networked telecommunications operator "Code Division Multiple Access / CDMA" glancing at the national Blackberry market because of the large demand for these products in Indonesia.
"Blackberry fever in Indonesia triggered our target this market," said Head of the Division of PT Smart Telecom Pemasaaran Ruby Hermanto in Surabaya, Wednesday.
He explained, to reach that market operators will be issued a CDMA-based Blackberry products beginning in November.
"It was a national telecommunications market began to have these products, especially our secondary target market segment up," he said.
According to him, upper middle market is very potential to be optimized, let alone that the operator has better service because they relate directly to the "Research In Motion / RIM".
"As for the price and the total units launched, we can not tell, just wait on the game," he said.
Separately, General Manager of Network Telkom Divre V, Ketut Budi Utama, said, his department plans to issue CDMA-based Blackberry products.
"We will introduce the product to market in early 2010," he said.
He is optimistic, the potential sale of these products is high. Especially from the side of the market is obviously no customers.
