BERITA PONSEL - PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (XL) projected earnings until the end of 2009 to reach around Rp13 trillion, up about seven percent compared to the end of 2008 to Rp12, 1 trillion. XL President Director Hasnul Suhaimi on the sidelines of the celebration of the 13th Anniversary of XL, in Jakarta, Friday.
Hasnul explained, revenue growth driven by the increasing number of subscribers 26 million end of 2008 to around 24.7 million in the first semester of 2009.
He explained, the more active customers use the service features such as increased use of short message service (SMS), including data and Internet services.
He said, this year the company expected to record profit and loss on foreign exchange rates from the previous year.
According to records, projected revenue growth this year XL will be higher than estimated revenue TelkomGroup that only about 5 percent.
