Cellular operator PT Telkomsel recorded the number of subscribers on the island of Sumatra in the I quarter 2009 the number reached 22 million, growing numbers of three year-end 2009 was 19 million customers. Number of subscribers by 22 million target is indeed set to the end of 2009, but that number has been reached only in the first three months of this year, said Vice President Telkomsel Area Jawa Budiwan Mirza, in a written description in Jakarta, Monday.
